Well, here is a fishing report.
Water: Muddy and 87*F
Wind: Light
Clear Skies
First quarter moon
Fishing: Caught 2 keepers. One on a shaky head with a trick worm, the other on a 10" powerworm. Not sure how much of an issue color was, one was on green pumpkin, the other on black/blue.
My dad caught a 4 lber on a shaky head with a june bug worm. another 14" fish on the same thing.
I lost a decent fish at the boat on a 10" powerworm.
Fish were caught on trees that dropped into 6' of water, and on the dam. Fishing turned off for everyone when the sun went down.
That's how it's done folks. It may not work for everyone, but this is what worked that I know. I fish tournaments, but I don't believe in all the secrecy BS that everyone is scared to help others out. ;) Now granted that nobody may have been there, but I see it for all lakes on here. I don't know where helping others left the table. I hope that someone reads my above information, goes to Willisburg and catches a fricken monster. That would make me feel almost as good as if I caught it. LOL
Happy fishin guys! Green River report coming up in 2 weeks. LOL
thats willisburg for ya some days are good and most are bad:D
How was the ramp? Can you launch a 20 FT boat
How was the ramp? Can you launch a 20 FT boat
Not bad right now. We had 2 20' boats and 2 18' boats that launched without issue. Stay on the side of the ramp furthest away from the highway, closest to the baitshop.
Thanks Astro. Good report by the way.
