Geez Louise Florida, the election was on Tuesday, today is Thursday. Counting is not that hard. It goes 1, 2, 3 and so on.
The country would be in a real chaos if we had to wait on you guys again. Thank goodness we don't have to this time.

Like you said, thank goodness it doesn't really matter this time, but what if it does next time? If they do this again in 2016, I say we take their electoral votes away. Give them to other states if we have to keep things even, but we'll just decide future elections without them.
