Using this calculator, I will owe more than 6000 in additional taxes next year...........
Yea, that is JUST what I need.

They don't care George, your rich dude, pay up and help the poor guy will ya. The people love this goober and will do whatever he says. Under Obuma's policies I'm well off to, LOL...............So I expect to be doing the same as you next year.
I have a solution......We quit work and become Obama babies and let the Gubment take care of us. If you can't beat'em, join'em I always say...
You and I can take turns going to each others house and watching Jerry Springer and drinking 40's all day. Tell me I don't have it figured out, now gib me my free phone.

Here is the thing......I will pay more in taxes. To offset that, I've already cancelled my work related contributions to United Way and the Center for the Arts. I've always given a significant dollar amount to those organizations, but I simply cannot give to those any longer, especially if my taxes go up as expected.
Not only that, but I've cut back on "charitable" contributions.........DIRECTLY related to my upcoming tax burden. It is a SAD state of affairs........SAD.
Soon, the Hunger Games will become a reality.

What will your weapon of choice be?
I loved that movie..
Well that looks like Obama's proposal would actually save me some money in net taxes. It's not much, but it's a decrease.
That has to be a mistake as I always get screwed by pretty much anything the government does - Republican or Democrat.

Of course, this assumes we actually go over the "fiscal cliff," which is still not a certainty. I for one think it will be avoided. But if it's not, I'll be blaming BOTH sides, pretty much equally, as opposed to your knee-jerk response, which is to blame all the country's problems on the opposite party.

I blame Democrats....PERIOD. Our problems are spending, not revenue. Eliminate all the ******** spending and we don't have a revenue problem.
Personally, I think the bush tax cuts SHOULD be eliminated...for everyone. And eliminate the bush college credits, an eliminate medicare Part D.
Then eliminate the government jobs and agencies created by Obama......

the President is trying to help 98% of Americans, he is asking the Pubs to extend the tax cuts for the people making less than 250 thousand a year. so their taxes don't go up. and they can work out the taxes for the top 2% next year.http://www.whitehouse.gov/sites/default/files/uploads/middleclassreport_7_24_f2012.pd
