Northfork just above the bridge to the dam has very good color. Caught several small fish and had several bites yesterday.

Not sure where you got that info but I checked the COE chart and it's showing 12.4 ft above Winter Pool. That's still a good bit below summer pool.

They will try to get it back down to winter pool. Just depends on when the Green River system gets back to normal. I would say they will slowly start drawing it back down soon.
