An't it the truth...
Its true.....we have become pretty spoiled with prepared foods, fast foods with to much sugar and salt. It's ironic you posted this. I'm actually headed to a new gym today that is Boxing and kickboxing with core workouts. Taking my 16 year old daughter to get her introduced into these sports. I love doing this stuff!!! I have to stay busy because I love to eat like a horse!! Or pig??? Hahaha
Its snowing pretty good right now so hopefully they don't cancel!!
Took out an annual gym membership the first of the year. Doing Cardio, Core Exercises and Strength Training. Feeling better already and look forward to each day in the gym. My weight goal is to lose one pound per week..;)
Exercise seems like a lot of work to me, if I keep going they might have to use backhoes instead of paul bearers at my funeral though.
A lot of gyms will offer a discount with a docs prescription. I tried the Y and liked it, only problem was the doc wanted ME to excersise. Before my wife died we would go three times a week, I think we started that give em a key thing. Once the burkesville police actually came in and thought we were break ins.
The worst thing that happened was the invent of the drive threw window. I remember back before them mom would rather cook a meal than unpack us out of the car to go in.It's sad ,I work with allot of kids and the only vegetable they no are french fries.
Well that was an interesting workout. Between jabs, crosses, uppercuts and a few other punch sequences I was beat!! Dang gloves didn't feel that heavy at first but they were a little heavier at the end!! Core workouts in between "rounds" Made it even more intense. My daughter had to sit it out as she was feeling faint from the workout. As old Arnold would say...."I'll be bock" :)
