Is the good fishing at? Supposed to be going with a few highschool friends this weekend on a fishing trip but we are having a had time deciding where to go. KY Lake is a little to far so it will either have to be nolin, rough, or green river. We know the crappie are starting to do pretty decent but as anything, a back up plan would be nice, so whats biting where!? Thanks for the help
Personally, I would say anywhere that you can get to fish should be good, provided you go with a positive attitude and the main idea of having fun with your friends. Of course catching fish makes it better :D I'm headed to Laurel River Lake in the morning. It is a tough lake but I have been happy with the quality of the bass I have caught so far. No giants yet though but tomorrow is another day. Good luck to you wherever you choose to go.
we are going to hit nolin, just hope we find the right spot, it will be fun no matter what, a livewell full always ,akes it better though lol
I spent all day at Laurel and only caught three trout. I was not fishing for them. I was hoping to catch bass. Hopefully better luck next time.
