Onemorecast56, AKA Doug Meyer, is having yet another procedure performed on Wednesday. I beseech this brotherhood (and sisters) to say a prayer for our brother.
Doug is running a distant second to Elnut in visits to the hospital but I've prayed for both and all.
If you don't wish to comment, at least leave a "like" to let Doug know how much we all care for him.
Prayers will be sent for both in a minute.
Please let Doug know I will be praying for him too.
tell Doug he has no shot at beating my record so stop trying. Hope he gets better soon
Once they get him tuned up he should start becoming a lean mean fishing machine! Good luck today man!!:)

I wanted to give him some recovery time but I plan on calling him on Thursday. I'm not even sure if this was in or out patient.
Always pulling for a fellow friend and fisherperson....

Doug posted on Facebook that he's still at Jewish. Not great news about the procedure but not terrible news.

I'm sorry about Doug's health problems; sending up prayers for him.
I want to thank all you guys for the well wishes. It`s nice to know someone is thinking about you. I came out ok on the surgery. They closed off my cartoic artery after finding it 100% blocked. Wonder i didn`t have a stroke! But the doc told me my body had started it`s whole bypass and I have pently of blood flow thru other arterys that have grown bigger. This as happened to my heart too,,the good Lord has given me a good body all but this grease I have for blood. But feeling better,got to take it easy for awhile,,nothing that a couple of trips to Dale for some blood pressure raising smallie trips can`t cure...but thanks guys,,might see you on the water somewhere,,
