Add another 123,352,284,058,245,725 to the above number and you have the number of times they show the shot.
I still know exactly where I was at, with whom I was with listening to Caywood's last radio call with the TV volume down. The best part of that game was when Coach K came over right after the game and said some nice words to the UK Fans over Caywood's microphone completely unannounced.

Never in my wildest dreams did I want Duke to win a Basketball game as I do tomorrow. Besides, you can't spell D-U-K-E without U-K!!

This is Elnut talking for Elnut, NOT BBN: I don't dislike Louisville the University or its Basketball Team. I absolutely DESPISE Rick Pitino and all that he stands for and literally wouldn't piss on him of he was on fire because even that is too good for him. I can't believe that The University of Louisville stood behind Pitino thru the Sypher problem. Not so much the lies and cheating on his part but after it was found out he had paid for an abortion he was still the head basketball coach. I for one would have shown some onions and fired his azz.
Kentucky got its revenge on Duke in 1998 when Tubby's Team beat Duke in the tourney on the way to the title. As long as Pitino is the head coach, they will always be my least favorite College team. Duke, IU and Louisville in the bottom 3 in that order. Fire Pitino and they move to 2nd from the Top.

You should have it won but Michigan and Syracuse would have beaten Duke. I said it in an earlier post the I would like to see U of L play Michigan and Trey Burke. That may happen plus Syracuse had you drilled the last time until the late run. Either of them has a shot
The sole reason I am rooting against U of L is Rick Pitino as well. The kids on this year's Cards seem like a great group - very talented and likeable. I don't have much issue with the Louisville fans either. But I can only hope that Rick Pitino never wins another National Championship. I don't blame him much for leaving UK, but to come back and coach against us for our biggest rival really rubbed me the wrong way. Add to that his serious character flaws and I just can't root for him. I will be a Shocker fan this week and if that doesn't pan out I'll be pulling for the Wolverines or Orange.
Oh well, we'll try and muddle through without you guys in our corner, LMAO....
I first want to say a couple of things about last night’s game Duke/UofL. I never seemed a team come together so well to destroy a good team in the second half. Second our thoughts and prayers should be about Kevin Ware and his family (he is one tough kid). I graduate from UK in 1996 when Pitino won the national title and I did not like him then and it took a while to like him when he became the coach for the Cards. I do not hate UK, but it does not hurt my feelings when they lose a game. With that said I had a lot of respect for the Wildcats last year that team had class. Coach Cal is nowhere close to being as good of a coach on the floor as Pitino. Elnutsmalljaws I am not here to argue with you I am simply stating a fact. Cal is a great recruiter, but he lacks some of skills as floor coach. I did not like what Pitino did with the girl and some of the information may be false. What he did is his business and he will pay for what he did when he meets his maker. The bottom line is Cal is a good coach he knows how to cheat and not get caught. If a coach is not cheating somewhat or at least looking the other way he is not trying hard enough LOL. I LOVE THE CARDS and I love this team and I always will. I went to UK to get an engineering degree not because of the Wildcats (so many kids go to that school just because they are a CAT fan). I have many passions in my life fishing, work, religion, and my family and not always in that order. I think it is time for the state of KENTUCKY to pull together a cheer the CARDS on to a national title. Just like last year this would be historical two national titles from the same state from two two different schools back to back. If the Cards lose life goes on and I will be cheering for them again next year.
Last, but not least Matt you are a diehard Cardinal fan and fisherman which is a good combination. I do remember you speaking poorly about Ware/Hancock when they were playing bad and that’s ok, but Pitino got both players straighten out and they have been a great asset to this year’s team. If you are ever in the Jamestown area and need some free bait let me know I would be happy to supply you with free bait. My girlfriend and I were so happy after the game we drove around NKY with my CARD flag hang out the window. You would be surprise how many honked their horn at us and how many smiles I saw. We also stopped at the local TGI Fridays and wne tinto the restaurant a got some of the customers to shout out C..A..R..D..S Cards! Cards!!!. I my go to the final four, but I would have to leave the GF at home. I think we will watch the game down at LC and catch some stripers while we are there. To all my fellow fishermen I wish you all tight lines and safe travels on the water this spring.

I meant I do not want to play Syracuse again, but first I want to beat WS and than I will be happy.
