Fishing boats
Me and my dad are looking into getting a fishing boat. Do you guys have any recommendations, I want one like the grizzly all welded style (picture below). I don't need the exact boat just same style. We are looking to spend 0-3000$ used. I want one with a livewell, a steering wheel (not just outboard trolling motor style). If any of you have any boat recommendations or ideas for boats that are good that would be great thanks:D

Tin Rigs
Check out Xpress. The hyper lift series is a pad hull style boat & they rids the best & will run with the bigger glass rigs. The problem with aluminium boats is that they blow around like a leaf on water in the wind. I had a 98 Xpress H-56 that was a very good & fast boat with a 135 Mariner. Wind drift was the absolute only reason I got rid of it. Big wide boat & ran right at 60 gps & rode great even in rough water. I bass fish & thought I wanted a aluminium boat, but after owning one of the best made I decided they weren't for me. G-3 is another popular tin rig too.

I have a 2000 Tracker deep v for cat fishing and striper fishing. I don't know what fish you are after but Tracker boats with Mercury motors are pretty good and can be found used at good prices. My dad has a 2000 Monark bass boat with Mercury motor. We have never had a problem with either one of them. I would pay more attention to the motor condition than the boat. Good luck

I have a 1448 grizzly and it's a nice wide entry level Jon boat. My only complaint is the front portion of the boat ( not sure of the technical term) The rise on the bottom of the boat starts to far back so if you put any weight on the front it gets nose heavy and sits in the water nose down. I have seen other small boats handle this weight distribution much better.....no idea why tracker would build this design??? If this was fixed it would be an awesome boat!!
i know your looking for a boat with a steering wheel I'm just saying look out for this design. The longer grizz (17ft i think) doesn't have this problem my buddy has one and because of the length/weight it sits much better.
