Almost home . . .
About a block from the house last week when a lady backed out of her driveway and t-boned the trailer. Hoping that the insurance co. will see fit to replace the trailer with a new one. I've always heard a bent frame can't be repaired and would assume that it weakens the metal. The boat is fine and just needs some minor welding.

Wow! That is a very large turn of bad luck. I always hope, when in a tight spot, the dear or car hits my vehicle and not the boat.
Sorry about that man and I wish you luck returning to the water.

Ouch. And, sorry.
Looking at your second image I would insist that the OB be checked by a certified mechanic; that lower unit had to take a hard hit.
With labor costs being what they are I suspect they will buy you a new one after some discussion. Though those fellers like collecting more than paying. They always want to pay the depreciated value. Is you neck and lower back okay?

What Colbyt said about your boat motor.
I hope you get back on the water soon.
