Check [url=http://www.nadaguides.com]New Car Prices and Used Car Book Values - NADAguides[/url] clean looking boat but seem high to me during this market and gas prices. Just my 2 cents.
Looks like a nice little boat and in good shape considering the age. I would have a compression test done on the motor and if it checks out then offer $4500 and go from there. I don't think I would put much more than $5000 into it.
