The state park lodge or there are some hotels in Glasgow and maybe one or two in Scottsville. Nothing real close other than the lodge though.
There is a b and b real close to the state park.
state lodge is nice. the last time i stayed there they did not have any outside electric jacks , had a 50 ft cord and had to go buy another 100 ft cord to reach my boat. dont know if they have added them yet.
You may want to check on VRBO.com and find some other options.

Sounds like my kind of deal. Is electric hook up that bad as mentioned in earlier reply? Is there a marina for over night mooring?
No the hook up is not that bad. I have stayed at better hotels with better hook ups, but also stayed at worse. Yes there is a marina but don't know much about it.

You can rent a RV At Spring Hill RV Park. It is about 1/4 mile from the State Park. I have had my 5th.wheel setting on a site there for about the last 5 years.

The Days inn has good hookups and a lot of people stay at the Glasgow motel. There are also several campgrounds around the lake, Baileys point and the State park and Narrows are all good.
