Tomatoes

Did I mention we have tomatoes? I think we have several bushel of Roma's, ripe and ready to pick. Mrs.Tyme has been busy all day canning tomato juice,Salsa, and just regular canned tomatoes! I'm sure we'll make more salsa and juice in the coming days.

Mrs.Tyme allowed me to take a sippy taste of the juice after it was chilled and it was fantastic.It will be great for soups but I bet it'll be even better for Bloody Marys!!

Oh yes, we've had BLT's but I was just posting on the different ways we are trying to preserve our harvest.
