The best I have done on them is around 18 mile island. Caught a few the other day on rock bars on the main river as well.

I'm getting back into fly fishing and was hoping someone could give me some good spots for smallies along Harrods Creek? Any other places in the area (Floyd's Fork, etc...) would be great too. Just needs to have public access. I don't mind doing a little hiking to get to spots. Thank you in advance for the info.
Plenty of nice ones on the Ohio. It's the only thing I fish for anymore on the ohio anymore at least on my pool.
Any tips on what to throw, bigwormy?

We usually pick a few smallies this time of year while fishing for hybrids. Like this one 3.92 lbs. If your on the Ohio in November id have shad or something that looks like one...
That's a dandy river smallie. I'm big cranking guy for smallies. Always start up top first though. The big ones seem to like the spook awful well.
Been catching several in my cast net back in creeks. Must be pretty thick because they are usually to fast for my net. Chuck
