Good medical insurance is a must. Having nothing of value cures the problem of debt collection. If I would have changed my name to Gonzales, I'd be in much better shape today.HCA is going to work, some will be unhappy, but you can't please everyone.Theres too much bull **** involved in ALL government programs. But like anything in life, those who got get. The private sector looks after their own interests. Lets imagine a banana farmer in Minnesota, who has the where withal to get a lobbyist. He'll make out. A poor schmuck in appleachia who has nothing, will have nothing all his life. What happens if he has an accident? He gets medical help.Someone else pays for it. I don't like it, but I wouldn't want to live in a country that just ignored the indigent. I'm one of those suckers who will give a bum a buck, it wont break me, it wont make him rich, but it makes me feel better.

HCA is not going to work.......it will fester for a couple years, and Billions will be paid to the big 4 insurance companies. After the realization that claims are far out pacing the premiums, the gubment will step in and MANDATE other ****. That other garbage will be a step closer to single payer.

I predict that the Affordable Care Act goes completely away, or we end up with Single Payer. Probably after 2016 though because Obama will dump this god awful hunk of garbage on the next administration. It is a common practice of Democrats.

That's the fly in the ointment! Private interests in government programs. An example is state employees, not on social security, losing retirement benefits. Private prison companys,the convicts are state and federal wards..When will law enforcement turn to a profit system? I wish there was a simple answer, but we are not simple beings. Texas executed a man last week, against his interests. then they insist on life support for a corpse, to protect a questionable fetus??? Where is common sense? The HCA has how many pages? Imagine how that came about. 500 members of congress, each with a better idea, adds a paragraph. then the paid lobby starts with an "idea" or two, and you have a document that is confusing,controversial, and unmanagible.. What is scary he is right on with this post about the main stream media ignoring all the failings of this president. road runner, there are sites where you can check what the pres has done, and what is accused of not doing. That's why I get a kick out of some of these "FOX" commentators. They are told what to say. There is a book on the market now called THE LOUDEST VOICE IN THE ROOM. But I know one thing for a fact, American media is for sale. I like and use google, reuters bbc, and mns on the computer, and I like NBC for the nightly news. Fox local news is OK, but when they start the "crusade" pick up a book.
