Wiki can be edited by anyone. Use the numbers I posted and the SITE I used a week or two ago.........

Not sure the site you are referring to..
Why would one site be more believable than another... The budget is the budget and even if your numbers differ from the numbers I posted, the budget for 2014 would need to be 5 or 6 T for the statement to be true... Do we have a 6 T budget?

I would like to see the numbers Mr Fisher posted but don't remember seeing them..... I think the budget is close to 3 T a year and has been for a few years...
