Trying to charge that someone did something illegal is called false reporting in local circles and charging people with a crime that they didn't do and without any evidence of the crime is WRONG. The GOP Congressmen in this hearing were wrong to attack Hillary and wrong to try to attack the character of the FBI director.
This grilling of the FBI director and the GOP attacks on the FBI director and his FBI workers was just plain WRONG. The FBI is above reproach and everyone knows that the FBI director is a straight shooter and calls a spade a spade and doesn't play politics. He did his job and found NO EVIDENCE that Hillary Committed anything illegal. He looked at this for more than a FULL YEAR and with 20 other Career FBI Agents with years of experience and they found nothing illegal.
Those yelling Liar at Hillary are doing an Injustice. Hillary said she didn't send anything marked Classified in her emails and she told the truth. Out of over 30,000 emails examined NOT one of them sent had a header marked Classified on the header (Beginning of the Email) and only 3 had the (C) marking in some of the sub paragraphs in those emails. The rules for marking material as classified requires that the HEADER be marked with the word Classified so that anyone getting the email or sending the email knows that there is classified material in the email. Those three emails didn't not have the word classified in their headers. So actually they were not properly marked and there was no reasonable person that could have know that they contained classified material in them as they were not marked properly. If anyone should be in trouble it's those that sent the initial emails and didn't mark them as classified in the headers. Trying to say that Hillary Lied is a stretch of the truth at Best and in reality nothing more than a big fat Political Right Wing Nut attack on the next Democratic President of the USA. Hillary didn't see the (c) buried deep in the text of three emails out of 30,000 emails and phone calls and other business conducted by her when she was the Secretary of State. And the GOP controlled Congressmen simply ignore the fact that Colin Powell and Condi Rice did the very same thing that Hillary Did. Yet the GOP Biased congressmen only attacked Hillary on this private email server business. This is nothing more than SOUR Grapes.
As many of the Democrats on the Congressional Hearing today said this was nothing more than a big fast Right Wing Political Attack Dog and Pony Show for the TV audiences.
Hillary was checked out by the FBI director and over 20 career FBI investigators and they found NO evidence of criminal activities by Hillary Clinton on these emails. And the FBI Director has been praised as being above reproach by both the GOP and the Dem's over the years. The FBI director is a man above politics and smart people should believe him when he said that no political force influenced his decision not to indict Hillary. He did the job and he followed the law.
If you don't agree with the laws then maybe YOU should run for congress (good luck with that) and change the laws to your liking. Because right now you have no clue as to what the law says. Hillary didn't write the law that govern her in this case. The FBI Director used laws that have been around for at least 50 years. There is precedence as to how to use those laws in the Justice Dept.
The GOP Congressmen today made a fool of themselves with all their complaining and impugning the integrity of the FBI Director after they didn't like his final decision. They are crying foul now after they didn't get their political outcome that they so badly wanted.

Lawyers know what the laws say because Lawyers help write the laws and they know the in's and out's of the law. The law used to try to prosecute Hillary is right there in black and whilte. And a life long Republican, Current FBI Director, could not in good conscious recommend to the Justice Department any criminal activities to prosecute. His reputation as a stand up straight shooter is known by all. And those that criticize his decision are winning about Sour Grapes.
Remember that the Laws vary. There are many compromises made at the Federal Level when Federal Laws are written by both Dem and GOP congressmen and Senators. That's probably why they don't make a lot of sense. Side A wants it one way and can't get their way or the law passed unless the compromise with side B. The compromise helps get the law passed though the congress. But not everyone on each side is happy. So life goes on. If you can find a better political system then I suggest you move to that country.
Then there are the 50 different States who also are writing State Laws using the same process of compromise most all the time. The same thing happens at the local level. Compromise makes for these strange laws that vary from one local to another. But it's the way things are done in this country. The founding fathers setup a series of checks and balances to prevent on person from getting too much power. So we continue to argue about the laws and fight for what we believe the law should be. But in the end the law is the law. And basically the FBI director said that Hillary didn't break the law. So there you have it. Time to just MOVE ON!

The material on the three emails that the FBI director was talking about was information that was not classified properly. It was material for the director of the State Department that was only classified until she decided to make a phone call. And it was not properly marked on the headers as classified at the time it was sent to her. And after she read the material and decided to make the phone calls the material was no longer considered classified. So you are wrong sir.
The third email's material was not discussed by the FBI director and was most likely not classified either. None of the three out of 30,000 emails was properly marked classified in the header of the email. And no one but a highly partisan politican could blame Hillary or anyone else for not seeing the small (c) marking in the body of the emails.
The material in the two emails was for Hillary's eyes only and after she read them and made a decision to make some phone calls the material was not longer considered classified at all. She was the person who decided if they were to be classified or not.
So again you failed at your mission to try to discredit Hillary Clinton. Nice try but when you read the rest of the story you find out that she was right. She never lied to congress and that's the truth. So you can call her what you want but that make you look bad not her.
She did a great job as Secretary of State and she will make a good President. She will be the first woman President of the United States and will make history. She may server a full two terms.
My only fear with her as our President is that she will appoint someone to the Supreme Court that will not read the 2nd amendment as the founding fathers wrote it. She may end up banning my AR15 and some of my larger magazines in the 5.56 cal. But hopefully the Demos won't control the Senate and can't ban the AR15 easily.
I lean toward the GOP guys when it comes to the 2nd amendment. And I lean two the democrats for social justice issues and for protecting the environment.

The FBI is required by law to not disclose information about a case that they are investigating until they decide to file charges or have a indictment or convene a grand jury. And the Grand Jury stuff is secrete.
Remember the founding fathers created three separate but equal branches of the Federal Government. The Executive branch does not always have to tell congress what's it's doing. Congress can't tell the Executive branch how to do it's business unless it passed laws to that effect and they are upheld by the President and the courts. That's means congress could not make the Justice Dept to tell them everything. Loretta Lynch didn't have to give the details to congress and she refuse to do so. She told them that the FBI career People looked at the Hillary Emails situation and made the decision that there WAS NO EVIDENCE of any ILLEGAL activity and they recommended to drop the entire thing. But the GOP will try to continue to attack Hillary. But they make themselves look like fools in doing so. For the GOP to attack the integrity of the FBI director and the Justice Department only make the GOP look like poor losers.
