The falls area
Yep, Chuck has an encyclopedia of knowledge about the area. Real cool dude. I fished yesterday in one of the creeks in that area. I had 8 species. It was a great day and caught lots of fish. All on artificial. This is by far my favorite fishery. Bass, crappie, hybrids, white bass, saugeye, and a walleye just to name a few. Can't wait till my next days off to do it again.

The falls can be really good to you, or make you wanna go fish in a lake! As others have stated, skipjack is king for bait but I've also done well using chunks of carp. Chicken liver and prepared baits almost never work. Oh, and take plenty of hooks and sinkers as there are plenty of rocks to steal your rigs!
If your fishing from a boat be very careful. You might be in several feet of water one minute and inches the next. (did I mention there are a lot of rocks!) Best of luck!
