RICO does not have to come from Federal AG. And I believe you should evaluate that there is no RICO case here.

Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram did the right thing by banning the traitor Trump. You can yell Rico till the cows come home but it has no meaning here.

Trump needs to be arrested for inciting an insurrection.
