Hey guys...I have been in this part of the state for about 6 years and have yet to fish Stoner. I have heard some big tales about the fishing there, but haven't fished it. From what I hear it smokes the fishing on Elkhorn. Can you actually catch some good fish on Stoner or is it just the small ones?
Small fish??? what is a small fish they all are big some just bigger lmao------yes there are goods one there you get the right time you can get 3 an 4s might even get a 6lb fish.I know a guy who got a 6 an a 8lb fish < bass in about 4 hr span.that would be year before last.I fished a hot day last summer could not buy a hit,so i put on a small black buzz bait an got a 5 lb 2,5 an1.5 with in 50 yrds of each other.....shock shock--please dont tell this lmao gl to you.

Totally different bodies of water and watersheds. Each has it's own good features. Both smoke each other at times....
