We are going to have this until the liberal panty waist's are told to shut their mouths and the law abiding citizens of this country get their say. There is no way in hell a guy that has committed rape should be on the streets. He should be pushing up daisy's and quick. I'll pay extra taxes to build more jails and prisons to house these scums of the earth and I know alot of you would to. It cost $35000 a year to house a prisoner in a air conditiond room with cable t v.and three nutritious meals a playground and weight lifting equipment, the fine state of Ky allowes appr. $7000 a year to teach your child in grade school!
My son will grad. this year with a teachers deg. starting pay of 25000 to 27000. He should have went to jail and saved me 40,000!

I think we should hire the sherrif from out there in Arizona who puts them in tents and makes them work. Screw the AC and the TV. Then take the money and put it into education AFTER you get rid of all the LIBERAL NO GRADE TO LOWER SELF ESTEEM teaching liberals.

MHall if I'm ever on trial for defending myself like several officers here in Louisville have been. I pray that you are one of the tweleve in the box. JIm D you have a great point. Federal law says that you have to give the inmates cable TV, so he brings in the learning channel and the weather channel. Only because he wants them to see how hot it will be tomarrow. It should come as no surprise that he has the lowest recidivism rate in the country. I wonder why? Maybe because jail is not fun or nice or better than living in a cardboard box.
