As for your wife getting bent out of shape about the possibility of you fishing with some guys you met off the internet...I can say that I don't think its as bad as she may think it sounds. I met Redneckshadrap on the creek one day, I didn't necessarily fish with him but he was there the same day as me, we met, shook hands, talked for a bit and got on with our fishing...Redneck is a good guy. Also, I've talked with Elnutsmalljaws on the phone and have shared emails with him, etc...once again another nice guy that I probably wouldn't mind fishing with if the opportunity presented itself. If you stay around this site long enough you'll see that most of us are good ol' boys with regular lives, family and career responsibilities that tends to get in the way of our fishing, but at the end of the day the common thread we all have is that we're simply ate up with fishing and that's it.

Thanks to all who have posted to this thread, I do indeed believe I have found a few possible partners to fish with, working with the wife to get her to calm down and see what happens. Never know the new partner and I might even get good enough to take some of your alls hard earned money in one of these open tournaments that take place on the lakes around here....ha ha ha lol.... just wanted to get in a chuckle with you guys....
