I was striper fishing with a buddy way up Beaver Creek a week ago. He claims he landed the biggest small mouth he had ever seen. Claims it must have weighed well over 8.
I believe him because he is not one to brag. My point is the fish is out there waiting for us.
I think I must pursue him

Thanks Doug...I will call you in the next day or two. Heck my old computer crashed and I lost a lot of files that I did not have backed up....live and learn...lol
The story I heard was the fish was guessed around 7lbs. Wasn't even weighed on a scale....(used one of those "magic formulas" ) May be a different fish don't know . Who caught the fish Don???? would like to know if it was the same guy I heard about??
