RE: Speaker holes
I had one of those wives that fished with me and wore a bikini from 92-97, then our lives changed in 98, when I started traveling with my job, built a house (builder filed bankrupt and screwed me) and had a baby. We fished a couple tournaments together after that , but asking someone to watch the kid at 0330 to 1900 didn't go over well. Now after the 2nd child, we don't get to fish much together. I am building a pontoon boat now.

RE: Speaker holes
David,
Building a pontoon? What kind? I saw one at the Murray Boat Show that does donuts at 50 mph! It was amazing! The concept was simple, it was a tri-toon with the center toon being much larger than the rest. The smaller toons had more of a balancing function than anything. Heck, you could even get a 350 inboard on it with duals out the back! Anyways, good luck with the build!

RE: Speaker holes
Scott,
Its not that kind. I've seen those highend custom pontoons that throw a roostertail, not to mention some of the interiors boasting a leather look. Now that, you could land and entertain some ladies on.
The one I'm fabricating is a budget boat. comprised of major parts from Scottsville (trailer, logs, 75 Johnson with 'lectric choke, everything else was pretty much rot, took a bit of welding and completeley redid the trailer, and cleaned all the mud daubers from the engine and water jackets), Florence Ky(Matt Plapp sold me some used Bennington couches out of his release boat), and on to Missouri for some railing from and old Lowe won on ebay. Bad thing is, the Ranger's out in the drive right now, the toon trailer is like 31ft long.
Anyhow, enjoy your new ranger, I've owned two since 1993. Never had a radio though. Take care.
