Yes a combination of both pollen and alge bloom. That lake is real fertil, lots of dairy farms up stream, all the creeks and the river pass by big dairys and cattle farms, also there is not much flow going on in any of our lakes due to them holding back. It will soon pass, I grew up in Barren co and it does this some times it is more than other years, but like stated in another the weather is quite warm for this time of year.
