Re: College Bass Fishing
Oneida Lake in New York! What the heck. What happened to Kentucky, Guntersville, shoot even one of those great Texas Lakes. LOL Let us know when it is going to be on the air and good luck to ya down there and none of that 'Sissy Fishing" that ol Swindle talks about in the Pro Version. We'll be tuning in.
Hey, I gotta do what I gotta do! It's a different world up there! I've been researching the lake like a mad man! I can't wait to get up there and see what it's like! Supposedly it's really clear from the zebra mussel invasion and walleye and perch are the main targets on that lake. I think it hasn't been thawed out for too long just yet, so I haven't found any recent bass reports. I can't wait!!!

Re: College Bass Fishing
I think they put it up there for timing issues and the fact that if you can't catch a limit up there you need to take up golf.....of course Im sure scott will find a way.....LMAO

Oh come on now, I thought we were friends! I'm banking on my years of non-boater experience to pay off with this deal! I'll find a way to catch'em! You can count on it!
Hey everyone! The state of Kentucky has been a powerhouse at the college level of bass fishing! Check out this site:

It's been an eventful season! Thank you to everyone who helps and supports our sport!
It's really taking off alright. Just keep the NCAA out of the mix or your week end tourneys for money will be gone. My son is wanting to go to U of L fish on the team in a couple of years

Re: College Bass Fishing
The only power house people are afraid of is Eastern Kentucky University. Always a top finisher. But ill admit Kentucky in general has dominated the other states in the college bass fishing rankings.
here we go......
Yeah I wondered how long that would take........EKU this, EKU that, blah blah blah....Drew and Richard are the only proven powerhouses at EKU as far as that goes - I don't know about this other guy!

Re: College Bass Fishing
umm would you like to check out several websites and see for yourself? There are no individual power houses at Eastern Kentucky University, even though there are quite a few of us We are a Team. We are a Power House.

I look forward to beating you on your home water at The Battle in the Bluegrass this year. Your ego will only trip you up!
Have you guys finalized that tournament yet? It's only about a month away and I've yet to hear the final word on it.....

Re: College Bass Fishing
Well Herrington is looking a lil low right now and the ramps we wanted to go to is out of the water. So its another 30 to 40 minutes away from Bryants to another ramp. So who knows we might have to move it. Also Scott Herrington in UK's home lake Cumberland is ours according to FLW's magazine, and me. But thank you for your graces for Drew and me.

No problem man!
I know you guys had thought maybe you would put on the KY River but I haven't heard any more about it. It doesn't matter to me, I haven't fished either one so it will be a fun challenge! We're all looking forward to it, I just hope you guys don't put a cap on it - we have five teams wanting to be in it! If it gets capped at three teams per school, there will be a bloodbath here at U of L over who gets to go!!!
