Re: Stolen fishing rods at Yatesville
I can not tell you enough about how I feel towards people who stoop as low to steal someone's fishing equipment or to steal anything in general...The words I have for these moron's can not be put on this website.
All I know is try to find out the location of every pawn shop in the area and surrounding counties and keep checking...what ever drugs these morons are on definitely keeps them from being smart enough to cover their tracks for very long, in the end what goes around comes around.
Re: Stolen fishing rods at Yatesville
Mark sorry to hear this happened to you, hope they catch the person who did this.
Re: Stolen fishing rods at Yatesville
sorry to hear about that. i have never had a problem at that gas station. that is nuts!!
Re: Stolen fishing rods at Yatesville
Sorry to hear about your bad luck. That really ***** for sure. I just recently had a conversation with my insurance agent about covering my rods/reels and they told me they only cover boat, motor, trailer, trolling motor, electronics and some minor accessories but not rods/reels or lures. I would still check it out but they told me that it might be covered under my home owners policy.

Good luck Mark, I hope they catch them!
Re: Stolen fishing rods at Yatesville
Mark I had this happen to me on Kentucky Lake about 15 year ago I know how you feel (violated). They boke into my rod locker and the insurance covered the cost minus the deductable. I now have a locker bar on my boat.
good luck
