Haha...I haven't heard that one before. Go to youtube and watch the dodge jerk the sh*t out of these Ford and GM diesels. Out of 8 clips I saw the ford F650 out pulled a dodge. The Chevys never had a chance. ;)

hey chug i had friend send me an email of one of the toyota commercials where they were showing how well it pulled then stopped the big load.Any way it was a full areal pic of the set and the only toyota truck was the one in the commercial,all the the other work truck on the set were fords..
Toyota makes a good truck. I had a rep at their dealership tell me that they bought the specs from GM on the 5.7cu in. engine and added their own touch to it. I reckon that new tundra is one heck of a half ton.
it's a good looking ride but dang it only has an average rating of 14 to 18 for the 4x2 i looked at at the mall last saturday.i guess that's as good as their gonna get..just seems like with the technology they should be able to get better.i havn't kept up with it much but is anyone looking at a gas engine with turbo or supercharger for towing option?
I have a 07Tahoe with 5.3 getting 13mpg pulling a 20ft triton on short trips too the lake.Pulled it too mi last yr over 500miles got more like 15 on that trip.Got as hi as 23mpg on the xway not pulling but got a heavy foot kills that.It runs on 8 or 4 cylinders and never feel it.Had this tahoe since jan06.any yeas its 4X4.:cool:
