If I can get back from St. Louis at a decent hour tomorrow I'll be down there. If you guys see a white nitro nx882 that's me...stop and say hello. Hopefully I'll be putting in at the State dock Saturday morning. Good luck guys. Thanks for the heads up about that fishing license...I would have gotten a ticket.

Hellow Geo, we are staying at the Riverfront Motel in Burkesville and will be putting in at Holly Creek both days. I marked 62 spots to fish from First Island North to Wolf Creek Marina that all produced excellent quality fish in the past. My first light milkrun is basically about 10 spots within a mile radius of Big Goat mostly on the main lake but a couple just up inside the creeks. My advise is to stay on the main lakes to find the fish. Steve Headrick said the backs of the creeks are a few degrees colder than the main lake. This being said you may be wasting your time if you head up into the creeks like in years past. We will not be hitting any spot that is more than a couple hundred yards off the main lake. Deeper grass beds, black shale points that are next to the river channels and deeper creek channels, some points off the ends of some bluffs (But not many). Mostly fishing for some suspending fish above some deep grass beds that I know of but will also throw around the Yellow Hoss Fly and smaller hair jigs drug real SLOW if needed. We will be in Henson's Triton, Black and Deep Rasberry color, with 175 Yamaha and my big behind in the back. Just look for "Netboy" manning the net while my 10' Allpro or 9'6" Loomis is bent plum double fighting one of those bad boys. My cell is 502-226-0935 George but I don't get service on the lake or in Celina but have excellent service in Burkesville and a few miles south. Give me a call. We are leaving Lexington Friday around 5 after Toyota lets Hens out of prison. Hope to see ya or talk to ya. If not, I am planning on going with Mark down there the 21st of March trip when you and your buddy are coming and we are staying in the same cabin. I talked to Mark this morning and will finalize everything early next week. I think I will be fishing with Mark and his client on Thur and Friday and Henson will bring his boat down early Saturday morning and I will fish with him on Saturday and we will stay in a motel in Burkesville that night and fish Sunday as well. I believe you guys are all coming back Saturday after fishing. I will get in touch.
