Ky Lake April 26-28 for bass

So with the lakes being so high already, how do you think the bass will react if and when the lakes get pulled back down to summer pool? Do you think the high waters will cause an earlier move shallow and possibly a sooner spawn than usual? I've got 4 weeks until I'm there, I hope it's around summer pool by then but I don't want to see the fish pull out deeper and scatter when the lakes start getting drawn down. I'm hoping to hit em shallow in the brush and flowers. What do you guys think? I've never been to KY when it's above summer pool.
