Don't jump to conclusions so early Billy. Here I am healing up fine with some GREAT news from Friday and then Sunday comes around. My drain tube went from holding blood, which is GREAT, to now holding something that looks like Bile, which is TERRIBLE. They have added more antibiotics to the list, sent the Bile off to lab for analysis and cancelled any ideas that they had given me of going home Mon or Tue. Temperature is now a bit above 100 so another setback for Elnut, it looks like. The A Team of doctors will be in Monday morning to evaluate so we will see but my wound changed for the worse Saturday night and now this. Par for the course for me. Just keep rolling with the punches.
Thanks to all for your support. Hopefully I will meet you all one day on the water. Either way, with the size of my wound it will be February if any this year for me to float the fly. Hope you all have fun at Dale in December and I will be the fella wishing he was there the most.

Elwood,
After spending several months dealing with my Dad and Hospitals and his 4 surgery's I have a new appreciation for you and your family. The unknowns can drain your emotions for sure. I always prayed for you guys but never new the real feelings that go with health issues. Your one strong fella and your wife must be one of the best from what I can see. I'm still pullin' for ya and appreciate the updates we get on you.
Your friend, Don
Elnut, Hang in there. Glad that you're at least up to peckin away on the computer now. I hope things take an upswing and you catch an ol' brown fish soon. Get well, Phil
