I'm a UK fan first and foremost, but I pull for all of the other state teams unless they are playing UK. I don't know why they didn't go after Slaughter or Pettigrew either. I hope all of the state teams have a good year.

I tell you guys this, if Ricky P. don't slow down...The big one is gonna hit sometime soon...He's awfully pale looking like I don't know what...
The paper said something to the topic of U of L's players were talking big time crap and dissing the WKU players big time during pre-game warm-ups.... I guess if I were a KY. Mr. Basketball and the two top schools in the state didn't offer a scholarship...I'd be Tee'd off as well and would make sure I did a fine job of pay back when ever we'd meet up again.
I guess the same thing happened with the kid who went to Tennessee ( Lofton ) who wanted nothing more than to be a Wildcat...But Tubby gave him the cold shoulder I guess on that situation....
No I won't be on here whaling on about the losses that U of L gets during the year...But I will be on here giving my view of the games they do play...Same for IU and UK.....
My Hoosier's do have 4 wins so far and that is saying quite a bit for Tom Crean's recruiting ability so far....More the merrier.......

Kentucky lost over the weekend to West Virginia, a bigeast team - there's a post.
What game were you watching?
Dang I didn't even check for a score. I fell asleep with the two teams tied but as many turnovers as UK was committing I just figured they lost. Shame on West Virginia. Never did see the score - the unranked teams take a lot longer to come across the bottom of the ESPN ticker..........
I was too busy trying to figure out the Big12 south dilemma in college gridiron.
Another score I need to look up online is the IU-Cornell game. Cornell was FAVORED by 2 points - that will tell you all you need to know about the Hoosiers this year.
I told my wife last night, "There is a guy on fishin.com right now flapping his beak". I'll give you her number and you can ask her, lol. I get on here this morning and there you are, to funny. Clyde I will save you some trouble so you don't have to post something about everytime Louisville looses this year. They are gonna have about 7 to 9 losses heading into the NCAA tournament this year. I predicted this before they ever bounced a ball this year. Slaughter and Pettigrew have an Axe to grind with Louisville and Kentucky for snubbing them, I don't blame them and more power to them, I'd would be the same way. The Cards do this stuff every year without fail you can set your watch by it. I just want the steady progression and be a good team come Feb. We''ll see what happens, so keep crowing, and we'll check back in a couple of months.
I thought the same exact thing, MSGMills is loving this and checked the board late last night to see if he had posted anything about it.
I'm no Louisville fan and was happy to see Western beat them but Louisville shot the ball about as poorly as any team I've watched in awhile and I would bet money that will be their worst shooting game of the year.
Western did some nice things on the court for sure but Louisville just plain stunk the joint up.
My wife is in her 3 year at WKU she is well above the average age of the student body, as a reference we have been together for 31 years this New years eve. She even got a kick out of this win. Like the man said on any given day any given team can win, call it luck, carma but a win is a win.
I worked at wku for 20 years and am now retired from there. My wife of 30 years is still employed there. I have never been a big sports person but after all of the years at wku you hate it or love it. I loved working at wku but due to health problems I have had to retire.

All of us CATS fans should have figured out by now that UK never goes after the talented Mr. Basketballs....Sure we'll pick up a random brandon stockton, josh carrier, and the "VERY" talented jared carter....Then we turn around and let the Chris Loftons squeak through our fingers....If nobody can figure out how to recruit the way Ricky P did at UK we will be living in misery and defeats at the hands of those Cards....With all else said
GO CATS
