I think the top two in the SEC, would lay it on the top two in the big 12.

I would love to see a round robin between those four teams, unfortunately, the best team in the Big 12 ( and possibly the best team in the country) will not be allowed to play in the BCS title game and will have no chance to win the mythical national championship.

Who is that?:)

Good point DJD, maybe I should have said "those five!"
The fact that Texas got hosed as bad as they did because the Big 12 can't even come up with a simple tie breaker is absurd. I still say that Texas win over OU at a neutral field should carry more weight.

I agree with that, Texas got hosed....Can you imagine some playoff games between some of those teams? It would have been as good or better than any College Ball in the past. UF and Bama was pretty awesome to watch.
Tulane usually has a decent Football Team year in and Year out......
Uhmm, okay. Tulane has been in C-USA since it was formed and they have ONE conference title....dang Clyde the more you post about sports, the smarter I feel LOL!

I would love it. The top four this year were/are unbelievable. I hate the BCS system, it is the primary reason I prefer NFL to college. Too subjective. Don't get me wrong I like college football, but hate how they declare a national champion. Auburn getting hosed when undefeated a few years ago did me in. A small playoff would be awesome - January Madness!!!

I see again your taking what I say and trying to say I said something else...I didn't say they won conference Championships year in and year out. I just stated that they generally have a decent team year in and year out....How did you come up with anything about winning Conference Championships out of what I said.........;)
So a team that rarely makes a bowl game in a mediocre conference suddenly is good because they are playing the cats? Please explain yourself Clyde! Once you present your argument, I will shoot it down with FACTS like I do all of the time!
What are you talking about and how did we get on Tulane anyway? I just said they have a decent team for the Conference their in.....How am I saying they are any better than that?

LOL, LOL, I think that everytime he posts something about sports, lol.
Keep the BCS and start an 8 team playoff....it will be the only way to actually a determine a "national champion".....Texas, Texas Tech, and Bama all got screwed by losing one game....throw in USC and a couple other scrub teams and you have three saturdays worth of excellent football to watch....and then you won't be hearing those mid major teams talk about getting done wrong every year after they get their face drug in the mud a few times
With the question at hand....Sam Bradford has to be the Heisman winner....have you all seen this guys numbers....I'm an SEC fan all the way but watching him play the past few weeks has made me a believer...it'd be a tough vote but he'd get mine...and to whoever said McCoy will win hands down next year....do you remember that Mr. Tebow will be back also
