Try dropshotting a fluke and fish it really slow and subtle.

We have caught a ton of fish on the fluke. RIGHT NOW is prime time! My old man loves them when there is a skim of ice on a pond or lake.. throw it out and let it sink to the bottom and don't touch it, move it, shake or anything let it sit then after a few minutes barely nudge it. we have caught some big ones this time of year in watersheds like that. we have had it skid across ice before hitting the water and just slayed them like that. Use a finishing nail in the nose if fishing deeper that 7 or 8 ft too.
