I called them yesterday and it was supposedly a "computer gliche"....he said my stuff could have been sent out shortly after i placed my order but their computer said i already had it...atleast its all fixed now and i have my stuff on the way....their customer service was very easy to deal with

Been using Tackle Warehouse since I can remember. Been around a while. Good prices and products. I like the free shipping over 50, its not very hard to blow 50 bucks when buying fishing items.

if something breaks can you send it back to them?

I have used this site for several years. But only for items I could not get from my local bait and tackle store. Please guys, if you like your local tackle store, give them the first chance to get something for you. I know money is tight everywhere, but if you do not support your local stores there will not be any. I now live 20 minutes from the BPS in Springfield MO, there are only 2 small tackle shops within 35 miles of me. I use them as much if not more than the BPS. I only use online stores for things that I cannot get here. I hope you do the same.
