Re: A personal note..please read
Great thread Don, I lost my father to colon and liver cancer afew years back and it is the worst thing I've ever seen. I've had two colonoscopy's sence his death both times they found three pollops (spell). In a way I think some how his death has saved my life for I would be the typical man and say I don't need to go to the doctor unless I'm hurtin. And yes the clean out the day before is the worst part for sure...I do the 30 or so pills with the citra something....yuk. Glad to hear all is well with you and John...Fiber is good..Chuck

Thanks Don,it all turned out to be benign. The plumbing is back in decent shape and if i dont have anymore problems,my next rear ending will be in two years.lol.Glad to here your fine and good for you for doing the right thing.
And just to point this out again, the procedure is entirely painless and you wont even know what happened.I thought it would be crazy embarrassing and uncomfortable but it isnt at all.Now the prostate exam........wooooh mama thats uncomfortable but quick.

Yes I did get that I wondered who in the heck sent that to me, the Miller Lites were fogging my eyes a bit, lol. Looked to be about 25 or so, what did it weigh???
Also fellars I meant I just had a full physical with blood work, I haven't had the Colon thingy yet. Wanted to clarify.
Re: A personal note..please read
Fisheater - Were you awake during the process, half asleep or completely asleep?
Re: A personal note..please read
The first time i was partially asleep. They said what they gave me would not make me remember or feel anything. But i fought them-i dont remember- they said so this time they would put me all the way out. They used something new on me this time and it was great.I woke up fast after it was done and my head wasnt all that foggy at all.I was worried about getting a breathing tube but the procedure is so fast they dont do that.
On a side note the medicine they give you is a powerfull truth serum.lol.I said quite a few things in recovery that i dont remember but my wife is still mad about.
