I also recommend Covers Inc. I had a custom made WM . J Mills Sailmaker Cover for my Boston Whaler. When I needed to modify it for a bow trolling motor mount, I took it to Cover's Inc. and they did a fantastic job. They even did some reinforcement work and made a top-of-the-line cover even better. Boat was kept indoors for the entire job.
There is a guy in Mt washington who doe's it out of his garage, right behind houchens, can't remember his name for the life of me but did a real job on one for a friend , 18 ft boat ran 450
There is a guy that is in the same lot as Just Add Water Marine on Dixie Highway that does a real good job at custom making covers. I had mine done about 4 years ago and I think I paid somewhere around $350-400. It's time for a new one----he told me it would last about 3 seasons----he was right! Kind of wish it would have lasted longer.
Covers Inc in Louisville. They are good guys, have reasonable prices, and do excellent work.

Got my cover from Bob (marine covers) today. Very fast service, he came yesterday, and layed it out and got measurments. Brought it to me today. The cover looks great, and with the ratchet connecter, it gets very tight, fits much better and tighter than the original. Great service, and the boat never left my house, I hope it lasts as long as the first one.
