i was told when i first started fishin that the hook size dont realy matter becouse the fish will bite heads first so it will hit the hook end first. i know it makes me mad when you get those tail biters.

Never heard of that nor have I done that. Sure sounds odd...I'll keep it the way I do it.:)

Thanks guys. I had been using wide gaps but was missing a lot of fish so I am going back to the reg worm hook 4/0 and 5/0 Gama's.
