I was at Nolin today and a guy told me the KDFW is giving tickets for not having your stern light on,the white one.Even if you are fishing with black lights.The ticket is about $185 he said.I just read if you are where other boats navigate it must be on.Terry Adolph:cool:

they do that for prevention.... they could care less about the income from a dui.... but they care alot more about saving lives on the roadway and waterways by letting people know they are out there... its like someone when u was little telling u was going to get whipped if u done something wrong... chances are u arent going to do that then.....

around here a little prevention gets a lot more people hurt by trying to avoid the roads blocks and belive me my old man was a cop for 42 years and and my mom works for the county attorney and its ALL about the income
