Good news John, throw them Cigs in the garbage brother.
Yea...toss the cigarettes in the trash ASAP (easier said than done is what I hear)...As for that stress management I'll tell you what cures that ailment and won't charge you a penny...time on the water!

Wow, been gone for 6 days and see what I get to come home to, one of my buds in the Hosp....Glad everything turned put for the good as far as the ticker goes....Now get rid of them smokes and spend that extra cash on the fishin....Take care my friend
