That's always been a peeve of mine during muzzleloader season,I hear multiple shots during it all the time that aren't from a blackpowder gun and I've seen some awful adult looking "kids" packing rifles during the youth only season,but we have a fairly big county and only one CO here.
I can't even stop the teenager a couple farms up from sneaking down on my place and taking bucks that I pass on in hopes of making something someday,so I just quit worrying about it,with all the new inlines it's not like a primitive weapon anyway.
