Re: Senator McCain
[QUOTE=GeoFisher;389738]Laughable......you gotta be kidding..........she is MORE like you and me than ANYONE that has ran in a long time.
Step back, and take a SERIOUS look at her.....forget politics, but TAKE a look a her and her policies.
AND yea, the are SKARED......why are they still attacking her.....because they need to keep her down.
Here is a little interesting demographic data......On facebook she has 12 million followers.....granted some of those are out of this country.
When you take into account that only 55 million people voted, and 1/2 of those voted democrat, that leaves QUITE a few followers that she's gathered rather quickly.
People relate to her..........those 12 million followers are some of the VERY followers that got noBAMA elected........While I don't believe she is presidential material, the next race could be very interesting.......I'd think she'd make a GREAT VP candidate again.......only on a better ticket.
Maybe, Maybe not.

So again I ask, what about her am I supposed to be scared of? Oh and BTW, it's not just Liberals, or even Democrats, who are "attacking" her. McCain's aides from the campaign don't have much nice to say about her, either.

My thoughts were that the GOP had a young, credible, smart, attractive, well spoken, proven politician that alot of women liked. The independants liked her and the GOP rallied around her. This scared the Lib party so they trashed her. They sent a bunch of people out to do nothing but attack her and her family and it worked. They continue to do so but all that does is give her more exposure. She is a force that we will see again.
I believe the plan was to take away some of the women who wanted Clinton and not Barry while trying to appeal to the young voters. I thought she was a great choice and if the media would have been as hard on Barry and Biden as they were on her and McCain then the results would have been different.
McCain was a sacrificial lamb. The Gop blew it so they sent out a weak candidate. They will be strong in the next election and I wish more than anything we could have a viable Independant to run! Maybe Palin will snub her nose at everyone and be that person??

McCain's campaign aides don't have the room to talk credibly about anyone. Their handling of his campaign is a big reason he lost and it stands to reason they'd try to shift the blame to someone else.
IMO John McCain would've lost by a larger margin were it not for Sara Palin, and there is no question in any sane person's mind she'd have made a better VP than career retread and dimwit Joe Biden.
You may not be afraid of her, but your party sure is. How else do you explain their reaction to her? If she's not a threat why do Dimocrats spend so much time ridiculing her? Hell, don't ask us about fear...ask your party.
I think the Dims are most afraid she'll make a true connection with ordinary people because she's a lot more like them than the rich elitist hypocrites that make up their party.
I like Sara Palin, and the chances are I'll vote for her if she runs for office.
I'd love it if she'd start her own party and bring some real honest-to-god change to the political landscape in this country. If she did, I swear I'd be one of those people on the side of the road at traffic lights wearing a Palin sandwich board sign.
I am so sick of the conniving, self serving, lying, corrupt pols in BOTH parties I could throw up on my keyboard.

Loving the post Jim I'd be beside you brother with one of those signs and be proud of it!

Re: Senator McCain
Sarah sure is staying in the spot light a LOT since the election...sometimes I think she might even be in the spot light as much as if not more than NObama himself. In another post I half jokingly said I would consider buying her book ESPECIALLY if it had pictures in it. Heck I'm going to buy the dag gone book anyway, I really like Sarah and if she runs for President in the next election she's got my vote! Even if she only teams up with someone as a running mate she gets my vote! Simply put, she gets my vote!!
Did I fail to mention she gets my vote?
