Best baitcaster for $150??

i bought a curado E5 off ebay, new for $150 including delivery last spring.

In the $150 range, they like the Daiwa Aggrest then the Okuma Serrano. In the $100 range they like the AbuGarcia Orra SX.

Their "Great Buy" pick is the Quantum Energy PT SS which goes for about $230.

Their "Editor's Choice" is the Shimano Core 50Mg7. Listed at $370...WOW.

These are casting machines but don't get the 7.1-1 ratio (not enough power) go for the 6.4 to 1 ratio, they have free shipping to a store near you. But the shimano citica pound for pound will give you years of trouble free use!!!

I kinda like the zebco 33 classic. Go get yourself like ten of them for that money.

you know, the old, recently-tied world record largemouth was caught on a zebco 33 with ten pound line!

Well while we're talking about spincasters, I'd add a Zebco 808 Hawg or two to the quiver. Nice solid medium-heavy rig for a little money.
