Gary, ONYOUNS,MATERS an CORN BREAD will have to do for the time being. Oh well 3 out of 4 aint bad. Been dicing maters, red onyouns an dill cucumbers marinated in hendrick's olive oil an sweet vinegar dressing bout 3 hrs. in fridge. ;) Had it for breakfast this morn. Love da summer time!

tried the batter/coating recipe this evening on some walleye fillets....nice, cant wait to try it on bluegill.

hey man, I'm glad you liked it. I think it would be good on any kind of fish. I only eat walleye,striper and a few catfish. and it's great on those.:)
