hey man, your being a little rough on the cat and dog, stick the finger up the neighbors nose until it bleeds. but the dog and cat can't help what she does. I have a neighbor that has a dozzen or more cats. and they dig in my wife's flower bed and do their business, walk on my boat and truck after I wash them. but I would never hurt them. they don't know that they are doing wrong.
I own 3 cats and a dog and wouldn't hurt a flea on any animal, Now setting a trap to get stupid neighbors.....that's different.

i shoot my own cats for less....
move to lake cumberland.....we want you to park your boat where we can see it, that way if we see you hooking up the trailer we can get our stuff and be ready to go by the time you get the trailer lights plugged in! now THATS being a good neighbor.
I live in Louisville and my neighborhood has a homeowners association that doesn't allow boats, campers, etc to be parked anywhere on your property. Has to be in a garage. ***** but other then moving I can't do anything. My boat stays at my parents house in Oldham and nobody complains there.

Where do you live?
I live in Louisville also. Our subdivision states in the restrictions you can't park in the drive for extended period of time(more than two days) Mine is in my garage but you can have it around back on a concrete pad. My family and I have also developed numerous subdivisions in Louisville and still do and it is in all of our restrictions as well and I wouldn't have it any other way. It's not the nice boats but the really ugly, old boats that tend to look terrible but you can't pick and choose you have to have a blanket covenant. I don't want my neighbors to have a front yard full of old cars up onn blocks either but restrictions are placed for one reason only in a subdivision and that is to maintain property values. If you don't like all the covenants then don't move into that particular place. For instance I would like to have a detached garage also but they aren't allowed and I knew that when I moved. Good luck with your problem and remember to handle the situation with a calm head. Call me if youd like to discuss more while we are fishing.

my wife is an animal lover to the max...until the day a cat walked all over her car. i watched her point blank shoot it in the face with a 12 gauge...TWICE
get one of those live traps and catch it and keep it for a couple days then go knock on her door and say now lady if dont leave me alone the next time i will hall it off to the pound far away from here.
Don't threaten to hurt it or any thing just let it free. I'm sure she will leave you alone.
If she does not then get some skunk wee and one of those meat injectors poke it trough the door seal of her car and let it have it , If she says any thing about it just say it smells like cas wiss to me..
She will have to sell the car because the stuff will not come out and every time it gets hot out side it will just reek like mad. You can get the stuff on the net some people use it for trap lure god that stuff is nasty and stinky too.
Or you can trap the cat and put the skunk sent on the cat I'm sure she will injoy the new sent of her cat..
