Im very 100% sure that the league is anything NOT to laugh about, in my opionion;.. especially if playing on any of their home courts. But most of the teams in the SEC EAST...can just about take on all on-comers, for a good game to the finish! Don't be so quick to write any of these schools off....So when it comes time to pick your march madness teams...give it some thought. I'd say you will see a few SEC teams go down the stretch futher than most might think. Just saying...

LMAO this is fabulous. This might even top Msgt. Mills when it comes to sports knowledge. The SEC is abysmal in hoops. I cannot believe you even said this, they will be lucky to get three teams in the NCAA tournament.

Demo, do you know what the RPI is? Well after their big win over UK, Alabama moved up in the RPI.......all the way to #151 in the nation...please give up the thought that the SEC is good in basketball, because it is a false hope.

Florida versus Auburn last night, Florida wins 45 to 40, OMG, I had to quit watching it, it was a game of who stunk worse. The absolute most horrible Division 1 game I've seen in years, just unreal how bad both these teams were, lol. Football can score more points than that, lol.

Perfect set-up for me - house to myself for the last day and tonight too. Told myself yesterday afternoon that I could go to sleep whenever I wanted to later. Found this gem of a game - no need for ambien. I was fast asleep about the 12 minute mark in the first half. Woke up refreshed this morning, "eye of the tiger" ripping thru my brain as I was ready to tackle another tough day at work. Couldn't have done it without SEC basketball last night.

You know I may get my arse kicked but I would pay 500 dollars of my own money to take him on in a MMA sanctioned brawl. He's bigger than me but I think I can out nasty him. It would so be worth 500 dollars to do some ground and pound on that jerk. Do some of those Lesnar fist pounds on his big walla head.

Wow, I'm a huge Cats/SEC fan but to say the SEC is better than the Big East in basketball....come on now.....The SEC will get 4 or 5 teams in the big dance and you might see one of them make it past the second round....I believe UK will be a sweet 16 team but after watching the debacle against Bama a run that deep might even surprise me....Jones has that "play when I want to" attitude that drives coaches nuts....If Cal did in fact use that kind of language with him then something needs to be done....No one, not even someone playing under you, deserves to be talked to like that...Playing basketball through high school and college I had some coaches get in my face, which is something they have to do from time to time, but nothing like that.....It's starting to look like a team that goes 2 games over .500 could come away with a SEC regular season title....Put Pitt, Cuse, Nova, UConn, and maybe even Gtown in the SEC and they win it hands down....after those 5 the conference drops off sharply....You've got L'ville, West Virginia, Marquette, and Notre Dame....and I don't have to mention that UK has handled 2 of the latter 4 quite easily...So to say the SEC is overly weak might be a stretch....However, Duke and Ohio St will at some point in the tournament play for the national championship....If Kyrie Irving comes back healthy I'm not sure there's a team in the country that can play with Duke

I respect your opinion but....I'm ok with that language once in awhile or in the heat of the battle. I bet it happens alot more than some folks want to admit. Coach K, Bobby Knight, Pitino, Donovan and others have prolly said it at games/practice and at these young men. The majority of young men at this level of ball have been talked to like that(IMO) and use that same language.

Sure the camera catching it was very unfortunate for Cal but I give him a pass on this because he is dealing with spoiled kids who think they walk on water (most of the time). Heck some folks were calling for his job?? Really??? Wonder how many of those folks have heard of Rap music? Been in a High School lately or seen the sexting that goes on with KIDS?? Politicians and others use it on National TV!!! Might be time for some of those folks to do a reality check. It's a different world than some care to admit.

He did the right thing to make it go away...apologize....and make sure the camera isn't on next time he says it.:)
