Before you buy one of those rods check out a shimano compre. They are around that price range and have a lifetime warranty. If you break it they replace it. No questions asked.
I would buy a Shimano rod, waranty is worth it alone. However BPS makes great rods for the money and I have several and never had a problem. The Skeet Reese rods are junk imo, had one snap while flooping a bass in the boat.
I would go with a mh action for t-rigs I tried my med action rod one time for t-rig and missed a lot of hits I don't think a med has enough backbone for drivin hooks home
