Re: The worst fishing shows I have ever seen
There must be alot of folks who like CM. He has had a show for years. I like to watch him since he reminds me of how fun fishing can be with cuttin' it up with friends or fishing buddies but I never watch him thinking I'm gonna learn something. It's just entertainment for the average joe watching tv.
I cannot watch Babe Winkleman or Charlie Ingram.
I have to disagree, the Babe has probally caught more smallmouth than any other man alive! That being said I would rather watch Billy Westmorlands old videos than any of the others, dead or alive.;) If ya dont like fishin a silver buddy you wont like watching Billy. I wonder if he would have liked fishing the FLY?

Charlie Moore is a jackwagon.....I could suffer through an episode of Beat Charlie Moore but his new show is horrendous....The next time I think about watching one of his new shows I'm gonna go stick my hand in the garbage disposal....it'll hurt less

Fish Fishburne is the man! He stresses that fishing is supposed to be fun, and he has fun doing it! I enjoy watching it for the entertainment factor. Usually good for a laugh or two. He's a hilarious public speaker too. Saw him at Jet-A-Marina one year...probably the longest seminar ever, but man was it fun!
Seems like everyone else wants a serious show where they might learn something...but shows like that are now just a 30 min. television commercial.
As far as learning something, I think you could learn more from watching the old episodes of The Bassmasters. This one is my favorite:

Still using what I learned in this one today, both about fishing and common courtesy. I think all pros could take a lesson from Mike Terry and Mike Auten
