Hit a pond this afternoon with a buddy, caught one ready to explode with eggs that was pushing 4lbs, two others went around 3. Ahh, nice to be fishing again. :)
One time last spring I was wailing on the little trout at Cherokee with a little Panther Martin, gathering up some pan fryers. This guy walked by with his kid and they stopped to watch for a few minutes. After three or four in the same number of casts he said, "Gawd daammmn! It's Bill Dance over here!" Best compliment I ever had.
