Only been to Dale H. once in my life...Spent 9 hours there in a March Tournament and never even got a sniff from a Bass......
I think I'd rather go to Nolin instead....:)
Seems the your beloved Hoosiers and your fish catching ability at Dale Hollow have a lot in common, one does not get a sniff at a Bass and the other does not get a sniff at the NCAA Tourney. (Just could not resist)
I'd take the Holler over that mudhole Nolin anyday of the week and twice on Sunday's.
iam going to be there the weekend of 9th and 10th
I'm going to be there the last weekend of April, Thursday night through sometime Sunday afternoon. I also have to wonder about the Nolin over Dale comment, I don't understand that one at all, unless Nolin is your home lake or something.
Onemorecast56, fisheater, bandit1, Austin30900, tyme, possibly mhall and I believe DJD is going to make an appearance. We will be at Hendricks Creek April 13-17.
Two weeks from tomorrow!

Word.
I hope to catch one bigger than my personal best so far. Which is around 4 lbs.:)
I guess to each his own..You all know Dale alot better than I do..Like I said..I've only fished it one time in my life and struck out, no big deal...
I've spent more time on Nolin than any other lake in Ky. and know it quite well enough that Ive won money from fishin Bass Tournaments down there. Call me crazy if you like, but I would rather travel 90 min. to a lake and fish, than travel 3 plus hours to a lake and not catch any fish.
But over time a person finally puts together patterns and loactions on any body of water and catch's fish anywhere. But Dale is too far for me to travel to with my bad back...So Nolin is my choice of Lakes.....
Good luck to you all and hope you get your arms pulled off by a big Ole Brownie or Bucket mouth while your there.....:)
We can't wait. This is all Austin has been talking about. Come on April 13th. Just 2 weeks but seems like months at this point.
Jason

You are quite famous and that pose in that one pic will stand a lifetime. I was deeply moved when I first saw that pic.
